- Provide personal care and daily support, including toileting, feeding, hygiene, mobility assistance, transfers, positioning, and maintaining student safety and comfort throughout the school day.
- Assist with classroom routines, learning activities, and implementation of IEP objectives under the direction of teachers and related service providers to promote student engagement and independence.
- Monitor, document, and respond appropriately to student health and behavioral needs while maintaining confidentiality and following all school policies, protocols, and training guidelines.

- Vital signs monitoring
- Mobility, transfers, and positioning assistance
- Infection control and safety procedures
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Documentation and record keeping
