Job summary

Morris View Healthcare Center in Morristown, NJ is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for the evening shift to deliver compassionate resident care and support daily living activities.

You will assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, support medication administration, maintain a clean, safe environment, and provide emotional support as part of a collaborative care team focused on residents’ comfort and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing team

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including assistance with ADLs, vital sign monitoring, and medication administration
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with our residents, their families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Participate in care planning and documentation, including resident assessments and progress reports
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and communication
• Collaborate with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
