Job summary

CommonSpirit Health's Mark Twain Medical Center in San Andreas, CA is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to support patient care under RN direction, delivering basic care and assisting with transport. This role emphasizes compassion, safety, and teamwork within a dedicated medical team.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in extended care or acute care facility.

• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (CPR).

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care needs
• Notify licensed staff of abnormal vital signs or other patient abnormalities
• Under direction of the licensed staff, assist with running errands
• Coordinate patients' daily activities per MD orders
• Make rounds on all units at the beginning of the shift to coordinate patient activities
• Use excellent body mechanic skills in the performance of all patient lift team operations
