Aliya Healthcare seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team, supporting residents with daily living activities and contributing to a high standard of care.

As a CNA, you will assist with bathing, grooming, meals, mobility, and documentation while upholding HIPAA and facility guidelines. A state CNA certification and CPR are required, 18+ years old, with LTC experience preferred. Excellent benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid CNA certification in accordance with state law.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Long term care experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and assist residents with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing).
• Serve meals, assist with feeding, provide water and nourishment between meals.
• Support residents with mobility, including ambulating, turning, and positioning.
• Monitor and document vital signs, weight, intake, and output.
• Ensure resident comfort and respond promptly to call lights and requests.
• Report changes in resident condition to the nursing supervisor.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing
• Serve meals, assist with feeding, and provide water and nourishment between meals
• Support residents with mobility, including ambulating, turning, and positioning
• Monitor and document vital signs, weight, intake, and output
• Ensure resident comfort and respond promptly to call lights and requests
• Report changes in resident condition to the nursing supervisor
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and resident observations
• Uphold resident privacy and dignity in accordance with HIPAA and facility standards
• Comply with all federal, state, and facility regulations and guidelines
• Stay current through educational opportunities and maintaining CNA certification
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in accordance with state law
• Must be at least 18 years of age
