BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington, and Waltham is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our rockstar team across multiple shifts. You will provide essential personal care and daily living assistance with dignity and respect.

Under RN supervision, you will monitor vital signs, support patient assessments, and help implement care plans. We offer competitive pay up to $23/hr, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement in a supportive, patient-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Preferred: at least 1 year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
