Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing).

• Assist residents with walking and transportation using gait belt
• Monitor vital signs, intake/output as directed
• Provide catheter care as required

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Avir at French in San Antonio, Texas. What You'll Do:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and more
• Provide toileting assistance and turn and reposition residents as needed
• Answer call lights promptly and courteously to determine resident needs
• Assist residents with walking and transportation, using a gait belt for all transfers and ambulation
• Monitor vital signs, weights, and intake and output as directed
• Provide catheter care as required
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
