Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Iowa or ability to activate certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Provide emotional support and companionship in a positive, engaging environment.
• Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare team.
• Monitor health including routine vital checks.
• Encourage resident recreational and therapeutic activities.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to keep environment safe.

What You’ll Do & Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
