Schnepp Senior Care & Rehab in Saint Louis, MI is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our award-winning team. You will assist with activities of daily living, document care, and help our guests feel welcome and secure in a supportive environment.

We offer competitive pay at $22.40 per hour, 8-hour shifts, full-time or part-time options, plus generous benefits including tuition reimbursement, RN loan repayment, PTO, health and life insurance, and a 401(k) match.

• You have completed of an approved Nurse Assistant training program, with current CNA certification required from the State of Michigan

Responsabilidades

• Assist with activities of daily living and document patient care per individualized care plans.
• Perform and document bathing and other ADL-related care, including skin care, mouth care, shaving, and dressing.
• Monitor and document nutritional intake, vital signs, and routine checks; assist with mobility and ROM.
• Support therapies by encouraging well-being and reporting changes to the nursing team.
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team.

We Can Work With Your Scheduling Needs

• 8 hour shifts
• Full Time - 2nd Shift available
• Part Time - 2nd and 3rd shift!
• All shifts include rotating weekends and holidays.

How You Will Help People Every Day

• You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, you will promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.
• You will perform and document patient care using the individualized care plans as a guide. Bathing and all activities of daily living related care, such as skin care, preventative and supportive care, routine morning and evening mouth care, shaving, and dressing.
• You will perform and document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• You will support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative and recreational therapies by positively encouraging and promoting continued well-being.
• You will observe and report, as necessary, significant changes in routine or condition as appropriate to your nursing team

What you will need to be part of our EPIC team
