Creative Solutions in Healthcare - South in Pflugerville, TX is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will support residents with daily care and work closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, maintaining a clean environment, documenting vitals and intake, and encouraging resident engagement and safety.

Qualifications

• Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from Texas.
• Able to accurately record vitals, weights, intake/output, and notes.
• Demonstrates reliability, empathy, and patient-centered care.

• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens, stock supplies.
• Support Mobility: ambulate and transfer residents with proper technique.

• Encourage Engagement: lead ROM and provide reality orientation as directed.

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant

In this role, you will:

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines

• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked

• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics

• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption

• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety

• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
