Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Nashville, TN is hiring Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) for immediate starts across multiple shifts. This entry-level role offers flexible hours, training, and the chance to deliver essential in-home care to seniors and individuals with disabilities.

As a CNA with Addus HomeCare, you will follow care plans, assist with personal care, and help clients maintain independence in their own homes. Reliable transportation and a valid CNA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CNA certification.
• Must be vaccinated for COVID-19.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans and report completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Help with routine house cleaning, laundry, and meal prep.
• Transport client to appointments and run errands.
• Assist with medication self-administration as directed (no dosing).
• Observe and report changes in client condition.

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)Responsibilities:

• Follow a care plan for the member, and report on completed tasks
• Support with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.)
• Support with routine house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation
• Transport client to appointments, daily errands, and other locations as necessary
• Assist member with the self-administration of medications (no administering or measuring)
• Observe and report any changes in member's condition

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Qualifications:

• Must have valid C.N.A certification
• Must have the COVID-19 Vaccination
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation, required for member transportation. Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance is required.
