Ocean Grove Rehab and Nursing in Millsboro, DE is hiring Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our long-term care team. All shifts are available.

Pay is up to $26/hour with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, daily pay, and wellness perks.

You will assist residents with ADLs, provide compassionate, hands-on care, support nursing staff, and help maintain resident dignity, comfort, and safety.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• New CNAs welcome – training and orientation provided.
