Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to our patients, promoting their well‑being and ensuring their comfort.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
• Support patients in their mobility and ensure their safety during transfers
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
• Follow established care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
• Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, including regular infection control measures
• Document patient observations, activities, and any changes in condition
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, ensuring clear understanding of care instructions and answering any questions they may have
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and protocols
