Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily care and assist the care team in delivering high-quality service. This full-time role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and teamwork in a patient-centered environment.

The CNA will help with personal care, record vitals, assist with mobility, and ensure resident safety while upholding the Patient Rights and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Holds a current Texas Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA).
• Ability to accurately record vitals and perform basic clinical procedures.
• Strong communication, self-discipline, and patience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, dressing.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens, stock supplies.
• Support Mobility: ambulate and transfer residents safely.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal intake.
• Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant

In this role, you will:

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines
• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked
• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption
• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
