Job summary

Countryside Meadows, part of American Senior Communities, offers CNA positions with day (6:00 AM–2:30 PM) and evening (2:00 PM–10:30 PM) shifts. Join a team dedicated to compassionate geriatric care and vibrant resident interactions in a warm, home-like setting.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you’ll assist residents with daily living activities, collaborate with nursing staff, and contribute to a culture of CARE—Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence—across Indiana

Qualifications

• Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and resident mobility.

Certified Nursing Assistants play a vital role in fostering a warm and supportive environment where the resident’s well-being is prioritized. From assisting with activities of daily living to providing companionship and reassurance, the CNA plays a key part in creating a homelike environment that values dignity, respect, and individualized attention of each resident.

Skills Needed:

• Supportive Presence: Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents.
• Physical Stamina: Stamina, strength and endurance to provide nursing services.

Requirements:
