Job summary

Heartfelt Connections Home Care is seeking outstanding Care Providers to support our mission of high-quality, heartfelt care in clients' homes. We are looking for mature, compassionate, and dependable caregivers to assist seniors and others with physical limitations with daily living tasks.

As a CNA, you will perform bathing, grooming, ADLs, meal prep, transfers, reminders for medications, light housekeeping, transportation, and supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have CNA Certification.
• CPR/First Aid certified.
• Driver’s license and government issued ID.
• Background check clearance.
• Reliable transportation.
• TB test within last 12 months (preferred).
• Genuine care for others and willingness to learn.
• Basic training in assisting using a Hoyer lift/slide board.
• Willing to work 1 weekend per month.

Responsibilities

• Bathing and toileting assistance.

• Medication reminders.

• Proof of negative TB test within in last 12 months (preferred)
• Genuine care for others and the willingness to learn
• Must have CNA Certification
• Must have basic training in assisting using a Hoyer lift/slide board

• Must be willing to work 1 WEEKEND PER MONTH
