Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification required.
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
• Pre-employment physical examination/PPD required before patient contact.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must have reliable transportation; valid driver's license and insurance if driving.
• Nurturing and compassionate nature with desire to care for others.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow specific care plans for clients and report on completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Provide or assist with routine house cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry.
• Transport client to appointments, grocery stores, and other errands.
• Assist client with self-administration of medications.
• Observe and report changes in client’s condition.
• Maintain confidentiality due to sensitive information access.
• Maintain regular, predictable attendance and flexibility as needed.
• Follow Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties

• Follow specific care plans for clients and report on completed tasks.

• Follow all Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations and requirements.
• Abide by all regulations, policies, procedures and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements & Competencies

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be a Certified Home Health or Personal Care Aide (we will provide training)
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must have reliable transportation; if by car, a valid driver's license and proof of insurance is required

This compensation range represents a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum target for this role at the time of posting. Final offers are determined by a candidate's relevant experience, education, and the budgeted amount for the position.
