Qualifications

• Must hold valid Medication Technician/Aide Certification in Pennsylvania.
• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide.
• Previous Certified Medication Assistant experience required.
• Experience administering various medication types required.
• Strong attention to detail required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents safely and accurately.
• Provide medications via approved routes as per certification.
• Observe residents and document their responses.
• Assist with basic resident care under licensed staff.
• Ensure proper storage and accounting of medications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care activities.
