Job summary

Vitality Living Hendersonville is seeking a Medication Technician to join our Hendersonville community. You will administer or assist with medications, maintain resident records daily, and observe residents' health, reporting changes to supervisors.

The role supports a caring environment and aligns with state guidelines. Candidates should be at least 18, able to communicate in English, and meet state health requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain any certification as required by state regulations.
• Meet state health-related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer or assist with self-administration of medications as prescribed.
• Maintain residents' records promptly and according to policy.
• Observe and document health and emotional condition; report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the medicine supply room.
• Complete accurate accounting of all medications, including controlled substances.
• Assist with medication cart audits.
