Certified Medication Technician (Med Tech)(Full-Time)(2nd shift) - Helena Square

Helena Square is seeking Certified Medication Technicians for medication administration-related roles. Our Medication Technicians are responsible for delivering high-quality medication administration and resident care oversight in a cutting-edge Assisted Living Community.

This is a Full-Time opportunity for YOU to join our team on 2nd shift! The ideal candidate enjoys working with seniors, is reliable, dependable, takes direction well, and has 1-2 years of assisted living experience. Must be available every other weekend and be on-call periodically.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
• Promote and protect residents' rights with dignity and respect
• Attend in-service and continuing education as required by state regulations
• Remain calm under stressful conditions
• Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
• Adhere to the community dress code for a professional appearance
• Complete documentation accurately and thoroughly
• Report changes in residents' conditions promptly
• Follow community policies for work schedules and tasks
• Operate equipment safely, using only trained equipment
• Follow infection control practices
• Know fire and emergency procedures and report safety violations

Requirements
