Job summary

Hudson Behavioral Health, a Joint Commission-accredited nonprofit in Salisbury, MD, is seeking an experienced Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our behavioral health team on a PRN as-needed basis. Weekend coverage is required, with hours and days varying.

The role involves administering and monitoring medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse, performing vital signs, body searches when needed, and supporting the nurse on duty with MAR transfers and urine drug screens.

Qualifications

• Must have an active MD CMT certification.
• Minimum two to three years of CMT experience.
• Chemical Dependency experience preferred.

Since its inception in 1980, Hudson Behavioral Health has been providing cutting edge treatment for Substance Use and other co-occurring disorders. Our services include Detoxification, Inpatient Rehabilitation, Partial Hospitalization, Treatment, and Transitional Housing.

This is a PRN as needed position. Hours and days will vary. Weekend coverage needed.

We are looking for an experienced CMT with 2-3 years experience to join our team. Must be able to do vital signs manually and should be familiar with different medications.

You will be administering/monitoring medications as prescribed with the supervision of a licensed nurse, assisting the nurse on duty whenever needed, including body searches, vital signs, medication transcription, MAR transfers, and urine drug screens.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Must have an active CMT certifications in the state of MD.

Experience:

Minimum two to three years of CMT experience.

Chemical Dependency experience preferred.
