Reliant Care Management Company is seeking a compassionate CMT to join our care team in Kentucky. The successful candidate will distribute medications, assist with dining, respond to call lights, and accurately document resident care and MARs while engaging residents in a positive, supportive manner.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CMT licensure/certification.
• Demonstrates empathy and patience in resident care.
• Good communication and teamwork with care team.

Responsabilités

• Distribute prescribed medications to residents.
• Assist with dining needs for residents.
• Respond to call lights promptly.
• Chart and document resident cares and MARs.
• Engage with residents and provide a friendly, supportive presence.
