Job summary

Maryville Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our caring team in Maryville, Missouri. You will administer daily medications to residents, monitor health status, and document medication administration in accordance with standards and regulations.

The role requires an active CMT certification in the state of practice and prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CMT certification in the state of practice.
• Experience as CMT in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior.

Responsibilities

• Administer daily medications to residents in accordance with standards and regulations.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Certified Medication Technician | CMT, you will be responsible for administering daily medication to residents in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. Your duties will include monitoring residents, reporting changes, and collecting and recording medication administration.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A fire and passion for working with seniors

• Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification in the state of practice
• Prior experience as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
