Qualifications

• Current Missouri (MO) Certified Medication Technician (CMT) license.
• A passion for elder care and a team-focused mindset.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administer and assist residents with self-administration of prescribed medications under RN/LPN supervision.
• Monitor, document, and maintain accurate medical records in accordance with all regulations.
• Promote resident safety and well-being in all aspects of care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Encourage social engagement and foster a positive community environment.
• Supervise and support CNA staff and provide direct care when needed.
• Transport residents to meals and activities and assist with feeding when required.
• Conduct regular resident rounds and follow up on care needs.
