Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company is seeking compassionate Day and Night Shift CMTs to support residents in our care facility in Sedalia, MO.

As a CMT you will distribute prescribed medications, assist with dining, respond to call lights, and document resident cares and MARs, while engaging residents in friendly conversations and activities to enhance well-being.

The role emphasizes empathy, integrity, and teamwork in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate empathy and a caring approach.
