Job summary

Reliant-Care-Management-Compan is seeking a Certified Medical Technician (CMT) to support our residents in daily care and medication administration. The role emphasizes empathy, patience, and teamwork to ensure compassionate service and accurate MAR documentation.

You will respond to call lights, assist with dining, and engage residents in a positive, friendly manner while maintaining meticulous care notes and compliance with MARs. A sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Must possess license/certification as a CMT.
• Demonstrates compassion and patient-focused care.
