Job summary

Green County seeks a Certified Medication Aide to assist in administering prescribed medications under supervision. You will follow established nursing standards and facility guidelines to ensure safe, accurate care for residents.

Position available for full-time and part-time PM and Night shifts. Ideal candidates are licensed CMAs with strong knowledge of resident rights, infection control, and accurate documentation. Training and ongoing education are provided.

Qualifications

• Must possess CMA license with state-approved training and exam.
• Understand elderly care, resident rights, and abuse reporting.
• Able to follow physician orders and facility policies.
• Capable of documenting medication administration accurately.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as ordered and document each administration.
• Measure, record, and report residents' vital signs as directed.
• Maintain medication labeling, storage, and charting per guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and nursing staff.
• Report errors, concerns, and changes in condition promptly.
