Job summary

Adept Nursing & Rehab of North Platte is now hiring Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) for Assisted Living & Skilled Nursing. You will administer medications under supervision of a licensed nurse and support resident care with accuracy and compassion.

We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus, competitive pay at $18–$22 per hour based on experience, plus health plans, PTO, 401(k), flexible scheduling, and ongoing training in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active CMA certification in NE.
• Current CNA certification in NE.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and safely per physician orders.
• Observe residents for side effects or reactions and report changes promptly.
• Document medication administration in accordance with facility policies.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized medication carts and storage areas.
• Follow all state regulations and facility protocols.
• Provide compassionate, respectful care to all residents.
