El Campo Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Medication Aide to join our care team on a part-time or PRN basis. You will administer prescribed medications, document services, and ensure confidentiality while coordinating with nursing staff and caregivers to meet each resident’s medication needs.

We value reliability, strong communication, and professional conduct in a setting focused on resident well-being and adherence to service plans.

Formación

• Active CNA or equivalent certification required.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Completion of state-approved medication aide training/coursework.
• Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Must meet all state licensing requirements.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to diverse populations.
• Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and leadership abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This role is essential in ensuring the safe and effective administration of medications to residents, as well as supporting high-quality resident care in alignment with each individual service plan.
