Sanford Health in Bemidji, MN, is seeking a Trained Medication Aide to administer and document medications under the supervision of the Charge Nurse, and to support residents' physical, mental, spiritual, psychological, and social needs.
Requirements include Minnesota CNA and TMA certifications; ability to read/write/speak English; CNA certification or TMA training within six months of hire. Full-time; 36 weekly hours. Eligible for a $10,000 bonus and union position.

To administer and document inhalers, eye drops, ear drops, oral, rectal, and topical medications under the supervision and guidelines of the Charge Nurse. Assist in providing for the residents' physical, mental, spiritual, psychological, and social needs under the supervision, guidance, and teaching of the Charge Nurse. The Trained Medication Aide must be registered with the Minnesota Department of Health as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Must have successfully completed the 48 hour approved Minnesota Trained Medication Assistant Course.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or ability to become certified within six months of hire date. Board of Nursing approved Trained Medication Aide (TMA) training in state of practice required.
