Qualifications

• Must have CMA certification.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Ability to read physician orders and interpret Medication Administration Records.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents per physician orders and MAR.
• Document daily tasks and changes in residents' conditions.
• Communicate with medical professionals and families about resident needs.
• Assist with meal service and support dining room operations.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and ongoing CMA certifications.
