Qualifications

• Must be a nursing assistant in accordance with the state regulations.
• Must have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a Certified Medication Aide, having completed a state approved training program and any necessary examination, and provide documentation of certification upon application.

Responsibilities

• Follow established performance standards and perform duties according to nursing service policies and procedures.
• Provide direct resident care as assigned.
• Complete tub baths, showers or bed baths.
• Take residents to dining room and assist in feeding as assigned.
• Give personal care to all residents assigned.
