Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Certified Medication Assistant (CMA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality resident care under nurse direction. The Certified Medication Assistant (CMA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for providing high-quality resident
care in alignment with the organization’s mission, values, and regulatory requirements. This dual-certified role ensures the safe
and accurate assistance of medications under the direction of a nurse, while also providing direct, hands-on support with
activities of daily living to promote dignity, independence, and overall well-being. The CMA/CNA collaborates closely with nursing
and caregiving teams to support a person-centered care environment and ensure residents attain or maintain the highest possible physical, mental, and emotional health. This role functions as both a Certified Nursing Assistant and a Certified Medication Aide in accordance with applicable state regulations.
For near visual acuity Clarity of vision at approximately 20 inches or less (i.e., working with small objects or reading small print), including use of computers.
For far visual acuity, Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more. This is not just the ability to see a person or object, but the ability to recognize features as well.
For peripheral vision, observing an area that can be seen up and down or to right or left while eyes are fixed on a given point.

$19.13 - $25.43 per hour
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $19.13 - $25.43 per hour. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and external equity.
