Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a CMA-certified caregiver at Springtown Park Rehabilitation and Care Center to provide direct patient care and support medication administration. The role emphasizes documenting vitals, monitoring responses to treatments and responding to resident needs in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include verifying identities, recording medications, and observing residents for adverse reactions, with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have a current CMA certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Verifies identity of resident receiving medication and records drug, dosage and administration time.
• Presents medication to resident and observes ingestion or other application or administers medication.
• Takes vital signs or observes residents to detect response to medications and prepares reports or notifies designated personnel of unexpected reactions.
• Takes and records temperatures, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates and food and fluid intake as directed.
• Answers signal lights, bells or intercom to determine resident needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
