Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, LLC is seeking caring professionals to provide personal care, companionship and daily support for our residents in New Jersey. You will assist with activities of daily living, engage residents in programs and coordinate with nursing staff to update care plans.

This is a hands-on role focused on dignity and well-being. Qualified candidates bring a positive attitude, a high school diploma, and relevant Medication Aide or Technician certification.

Qualifications

• You have a positive attitude and love working with people!
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• You're certified as a Medication Aide (NJ) or Technician (MD, PA, VA, RI).

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
