Job summary

The Lodge at Sandhills Carolina in Pinehurst, NC is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA). Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and RNs/LPNs, the CMA records vital signs, administers medications, and provides daily nursing care per each resident's care plan.

Qualifications

• CMA certification required for skilled nursing facilities.
• CNA certification required for nursing facility work.
• Responsibilities include recording vitals, administering medications, and completing prescribed treatments.

Responsibilities

• Record vital signs.
• Administer medications as prescribed by health care provider.
• Complete treatments per care plan under supervision of DON/RN/LPN.
• Observe and report resident status and responses to treatments.
• Provide daily nursing care as directed by personal care plan.
