Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer physician-ordered medications and treatments.
• Perform finger-stick glucose testing per guidelines.
• Ensure proper storage and disposal of medications.
• Document administration and any patient reactions in the medical record.
• Provide routine patient care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare providers about care.
