Legend Senior Living® is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our nursing team and positively impact residents’ lives by coordinating medication administration and assisting with activities of daily living.

You will help with medications, daily care, and documentation while communicating clearly with staff and supervisors in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Competenze

• Must be certified as CMA per state regulations.
• Ability to coordinate medication administration for residents.
• Experience in activities of daily living support.

Mansioni

• Assist with medications for all assigned residents.
• Support daily resident care: personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals.
• Monitor residents’ comfort and respond as needed.
• Document shift reports and resident records accurately.
• Communicate urgent needs and concerns to Health Care Director.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS--Certified Medication Aide (CMA)

We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the nursing team as a Certified Medication Aide (C.M.A.). You will make a difference in the lives of residents by coordinating their medication administration and assisting them with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities--Certified Medication Aide (CMA)

• Assistance with Medications for all assigned residents
• Assisting with the daily care of the residents, including: Personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitoring the resident’s physical and emotional comfort and responding as needed
• Documenting completed tasks such as: Daily shift report, resident records and negotiated service agreement
• Confidentially communicating clearly to other staff, such as: Urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director
• Demonstrating the ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift

Requirements

• Required: Certified to pass medications per state regulations (Certified Medication Aide/CMA)

Legend Senior Living is a drug free workplace and drug screening will be conducted at the company’s discretion. This position may require the associate to work evenings and weekends as needed. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
