Job summary

Sprenger Health Care is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant and Certified Medication Aide to join our Ohio-based team. You will provide direct resident care, assist with daily activities, and follow nursing policies to ensure compassionate, high-quality care across our communities.

You must hold a Nursing Assistant credential per state regulations and a state-approved Certified Medication Aide certification.

Qualifications

• Must be a nursing assistant per state regulations.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a Certified Medication Aide with state-approved training and exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care as assigned.
• Follow established performance standards and nursing service policies.
• Assist residents with bathing and feeding as assigned.
• Transport residents to dining room and assist with meals.
• Provide personal care to residents.
