Tutera Senior Living & Health Care in Sergeant Bluff, IA is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our compassionate team. You will administer daily medications to residents in accordance with state and federal regulations, and monitor residents for changes.

The role requires CMA certification in the state, a professional image, excellent communication skills, and a flexible, energetic personality. Prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC CMA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CMA certification in the state of practice.
• Experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Certified Medication Aide | CMA, you will be responsible for administering daily medication to residents in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. Your duties will include monitoring residents, reporting changes, and collecting and recording medication administration.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in the state of practice
• Prior experience as a Certified Medication Aide | CMA in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
