Job summary

AVIR Health Group in San Antonio, TX is seeking a qualified Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our caring team. The role requires administering, reporting, and recording medications per physician orders and our policies to ensure top-quality patient care.

We offer a full-time rotation (3 on 2 off) with 8AM-8PM shifts, PRN options, a competitive benefits package including 401k with match, paid holidays and PTO, family health coverage, scrubs on wheels, and personalized benefits meetings.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a Qualified Medication Aide by the Department of Health.
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions.
• Previous skilled nursing home experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, report, and record medications according to physician orders and established policies and procedures.
• Maintain high-quality care by following protocols and ensuring accuracy in documentation.
