As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality care and comfort of our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Administering medications to residents in accordance with established protocols and medication orders from licensed healthcare professionals
Monitoring and documenting resident medication regimens, including dosages, administration times, and adverse reactions
Assisting with vital sign checks, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
Providing support with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to licensed healthcare professionals
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Your Qualifications:
Current certification as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) or willingness to obtain certification within a specified timeframe
High school diploma or equivalent required
