Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) in Knoxville to provide medication administration, treatments, and vigilant health monitoring for residents. You will respond with compassion and report any changes in residents’ conditions with clarity.

You will also coach and lead other care team members during your shift, ensuring high-quality care on weekends and weekdays. A CMA certification and Tennessee certification are required, with focus on patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to report changes in resident conditions.
• Leadership and coaching of care department team members on your shift.
