As a Certified Medication Aide, you will be responsible for administering medications, treatments, and other interventions under the direction of licensed nurses and physicians. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure the health and well-being of our residents, and you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care.
Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians and directed by licensed nurses
Monitor and record resident vital signs, medication administration, and other health-related information
Assist with resident care tasks, such as vital signs, weight checks, and toileting
Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and documentation
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a clean and organized work environment
