Job summary

Willow Creek Lodge is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our care team on the 2p-10p shift. You will deliver routine medications, coordinate with nurses, and follow instructions to manage medications for residents in a compassionate, professional manner.

The ideal candidate holds CNA and CMA certificates, demonstrates excellent customer service, and remains calm under pressure while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and facility standards.

Qualifications

• CNA and CMA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine daily medications to residents.

• Deliver routine daily medications, either prescription or non‑prescription, to patients.
• Coordinate with different nurses to assist with patient care and medications.
• Follow written or verbal instructions on how to manage medications.
• Record medication dosages and times.
• Respond to patients call signals to identify patients’ needs.
• Perform all duties in compliance with federal, state and local regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:

• CNA and Medication Aide Certificate (CMA) is required.
• Have a ““Customer Service”” attitude.
• Able to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.
