Qualifications

• Must be certified as CMA by the Department of Health.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Previous skilled nursing home experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, report and record medications per physician orders and policies.
• Ensure the highest quality of care is provided to residents.
• Document all medication administration accurately and timely.

The primary purpose of your job position is to prepare, administer, report, and record medications according to the physician’s orders and established policies and procedures, and to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained.
