Fundamental is seeking a PRN Certified Medication Aide in Round Rock, TX to support nursing staff in medication administration and patient care. You will ensure patients receive prescribed medications and perform related care tasks per facility policy and state law.

The role requires an active CNA license, a current Medication Administration Certificate, and at least 1 year of CNA experience, with reliable transportation to facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA in good standing with the state.
• Must have a current Medication Administrative Certificate approved by the state.
• 1+ years of experience as a CNA.
• Reliable transportation required.

Posted Salary Range

USD $20.00 - USD $23.50 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer oral, nasal, eye, ear, and topical medications in accordance with facility policies and procedures and state law.
• Provide additional, varied care services to patients as instructed and under the supervision of nursing staff

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be a licensed CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) in good standing with the state (as required)
• Must have a current Medication Administrative Certificate approved by the state (as required) (Certified Medication Aide)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills required
• 1+ years of experience as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)
• Reliable transportation required
