Job summary

AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team in Pasadena, TX. The role involves preparing, administering, reporting, and recording medications per physician orders and established policies to ensure high-quality care for residents.

We welcome newly certified CMAs and offer competitive compensation, a 401k with match, family health insurance, and a PTO program. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity with Monday through Friday, 2 pm to 10 pm.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a Qualified Medication Aide by the Department of Health.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Experience in skilled nursing home setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, report and record medications according to physician orders and policies.
• Maintain the highest quality of care in daily practice.
• Follow established procedures and quality standards.
