Job summary

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking caregivers with CNA certification to support residents in daily living and clinical needs. You will assist with activities, implement care plans, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure timely, compassionate care.

Qualifications include 18+ years old, CNA certification for the state, and Medication Administration certification; CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents' personal care plans focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and routines.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Working with the clinical team to ensure residents' needs are addressed promptly.
• Administration of medication to residents.

• $3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME POSITIONS! (does not include PRN or current employees.)

• Compensation: ranges from $22/hour - $24.75/hour, plus applicable shift differentials. ($1.50/hour on weekday evenings, $2.00/hour on weekday nights, $3.00/hour on weekends for all shifts)

How you will make an impact

What you will need

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
• Current CPR certification preferred.
