OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support residents in a long‑term care setting. The CMA will work under the direct supervision of the charge nurse to ensure timely and accurate med passes, maintaining a high level of resident care at all times.
Primary duties include reporting changes in patient condition, adhering to PRN charting guidelines, and participating in meetings and trainings.

A CMA is under the direct supervision of the charge nurse. The charge nurse will follow up with the CMA to ensure the med pass is completed timely and accurately to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.
