Job summary

Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support residents with daily living and medication administration on a full-time schedule. The role emphasizes person-centered care, teamwork with clinical staff, and the benefit of a comprehensive benefits package.

Starting at $18.00/hour with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff and $750 for part-time. The position includes medical/dental/vision coverage, PTO, retirement plan with a company match,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address resident needs in a timely manner.
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care and companionship.

Location: Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Certified Medication Aide (CMAs). Our CMAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Compensation

Starting at $18.00/hour, Commensurate with experience

Sign-On Bonus Available!

Earn a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time schedules or a $750 sign-on bonus for part-time schedules. The bonus is paid in two installments during your first 30 days and after 90 days of employment

Schedule

Full-Time: 8 hour shifts, weekend option available!

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs

• Assisting residents in activities of daily living

• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging

• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs

• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

• Administration of medication to residents

What you will need

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working

• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred

• Minimum of 1 years of Medication Administration experience preferred

• Current CPR certification preferred.
